We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, S.C. 2000, c. 5) and applicable Alberta privacy legislation.

• To process customs and carrier documentation.
• To maintain records and comply with transportation, tax, and customs obligations.
• To improve our website and communications.

4. Consent

By providing personal information — through our website, email, or a shipping agreement — you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@nazzlogistics.site, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

• Carriers and freight partners — as required to move shipments.

6. Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary and analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly as a result.

7. Retention

Freight and customs records are retained for at least 7 years as required by the Canada Revenue Agency, the Canada Border Services Agency, and applicable transportation regulations. Website inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a business relationship is established.

8. Your Rights

If unsatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

These Terms of Service govern your access to nazzlogistics.site and your engagement of freight services from NAZZ Logistics Inc. By using the site or booking a shipment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Website Use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish its content without written permission. All content is protected by copyright.

3. Freight Services

Freight forwarding, transport, warehousing, and cross-border services are delivered under separate written quotations or shipping agreements. This website does not create a carrier-client relationship.

4. Quotes & Rates

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Rates may be adjusted if the shipment differs in weight, dimensions, destination, or requirements. All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

5. Cargo Restrictions

We do not transport prohibited, illegal, hazardous (unless properly declared and documented), or temperature-sensitive goods outside our capability. Clients are responsible for accurate declarations and required permits.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAZZ Logistics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the transport or delay of freight. Liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to the terms agreed in the applicable shipping agreement and applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to meeting or exceeding:
